The Cliff house is nestled against the rocks, and in its layout makes full use of this unique location. The rooms are spread out over 4 different floors, some accessible by stairs outside.
On the ground floor you find a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with inside dining.
Out on the big balcony there’s another large dining table and relaxing couch – you can eat while you enjoy the stunning views over the elephant sanctuary. The living & dining areas of the house and the Arcadia Suite are wheel-chair friendly.

One level down, you find the spectacular infinity swimming pool that stretches out into the void above the sanctuary. Here you also find the 2 poolside bedrooms.

There are 2 more levels which you can enter from outside: on the third level you find the Cave room, and on the fourth level you find the River Suite.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
The minimum price per night is

Regular season US$ 300 (up to 5 people)
for extra guests add US$ 50 pp

Peak season (17th December up to 9th January and 29th March up to 14th April)
US$ 400 (up to 5 people)
for extra guests add US$ 80 pp

Children under two are free and children between 2 and 12 years are charged at half price.
​The minimum booking is 2 nights, except for Christmas/New Year and Easter – here the minimum booking is 3 nights.

​The house is rented on a self-catering basis. If you wish, we can arrange a chef for you, to take care of your meals.  Full catering is available at an extra daily charge, menu by arrangement. We can alternatively provide the chef and you buy your own food.

Daily housekeeping services are provided.
A night guard is present and included in your booking.
