- Honey coated scampi, served on a bed of lettuce
- Spiced vegetable Samosas served with mango hoisin sauce
- Assorted fresh vegetable salad – Chef’s created dressing Cliff House style

Main course
- Spiced shrimps in Kenyan Tamarind coconut sauce
- Chicken curry served with *mukimo & chapati; mixed delicacy of Coast and Eastern Cuisine.

- Mini chapatti with a delicious homemade vegetable salsa
- Grilled haloumi on a vegetable salad
- Fresh oysters in the half shell with wasabi or vinegar or ‘au natural”
Main course
- Chicken Zanzibar, a specialty dish from the famous Spice Island off Tanzania
- Grilled locally caught Red Snapper with Meunière butter sauce, lemon and parsley
- Crab from south of Diani Beach cooked in a sweet ginger sauce
- Lobster thermidor or grilled lobster with garlic sauce
- Kenyan style prawns, sautéed in chili lime and local spices
